Hi! I’m Dani.
When my parents gave me a sewing machine for Christmas in 2012, I immediately put that thing to work. By “work” I mean I draped a beach towel over it and used it as a coffee table for several months.
Fast forward to today, and I use my Brother CS-6000i machine every week. At this point, I consider myself an advanced beginner/intermediate sewer—depending on the pattern of course! I primarily sew clothes for myself and occasionally something for my husband or a close friend (if I can guess their size). Check out my garment catalog for a list of everything I’ve made blogged.
I also love a good cocktail. Ever since I repurposed my Grandma Loe’s brass vanity table into a bar, I’ve been experimenting with all types of booze—gin, bourbon, rye, tequila, vodka, rum, brandy, vermouths, cordials—I don’t discriminate.

Thanks for reading! You can follow me on Instagram, check out my writing portfolio (I’m a copywriter by day), find me on LinkedIn, or email me at daniellemalloy33 [at] gmail [dot] com.
I’m a beginner sewer, too! Nice blog!
